HiRez Xpress is the business-to-business website portal that allows an activity vendor to take advantage of the HiRez Network without initially purchasing HiRez Flex. By subscribing to HiRez Xpress an activity vendor can load and manage their activities for all agencies using HiRez Flex. An activity vendor has much more control of their allocated inventory by having real-time access to all sales processed by the agencies and their extended sales channel such as their websites.

Immediate Marketing & Sales Network
As a HiRez Xpress member your activities will get additional exposure by being electronically listed on all of the agencies sales channels. Your listing will contain up-to-date activity information with specific details and options necessary to complete the reservations. In addition, the HiRez MAX reservation system and Web sites will also contain a detailed activity information for immediate retrieval by agency staff, call centers and travel desks. The agency websites that are connected to the HiRez Network will enable online users to view and purchase events from any computer with an Internet connection. The HiRez Vendor package includes a detailed listing of your event, as well as, available dates, packages offered, images, and an elaborate voucher electronic ticket system.
Vendor Content Management Tool (CMT) Admin
This easy to use CMT allows vendors and their designated staff the ability to update and maintain information contained within the HiRez Activities Network. Any activity agency connected to the HiRez network is then able to retrieve and book any activity listed from any of its sales channels. You will also have the opportunity to update important information such as pricing, adding or removing events or activities, etc. in real-time. Other functions such as custom packages, tours, transportation options, etc. can now be done quickly and easily.
